The goal of the Phantom Z06R project is to create a superior track car that is also very much still a daily driver.

Specifically, the goal is to apply Zora Duntoff's original Z06 concept to a 2006 Corvette Z06. This project is intended to extend the Z06 concept to higher levels of cornering ability, braking and general track preparation and still being able to drive to the track.

The scope of the project is purposely limited to suspension, brakes, and interior modifications as the horse power and torque of the factory LS7 engine is more than ample to attain the goal of the project.
